| Programme outline |
Dimensions covers key issues such as security, employment
rights, legal implications, stock control, CV and interview
skills and team work. At the end of the course students
receive a certificate for attending. |
| Strengths |
The retail environment is always looking for highly motivated
people to work for their company and Dimensions gives the
perfect opportunity to develop those skills and understanding
of what a retailer is looking for in an employee.
Students learn about work through guest speakers such as
store managers from the House of Fraser, BHS, Millets,
etc. A selection of dates to choose from. Dimensions also
offers an extra half-day course for those who are keen
on retail, offering extra help in CV writing skills, interviewing
techniques and supporting learners via email.
