Bhupinder Roda – Specialist - (currently on Maternity Leave)
I joined Countec EBP in 2002 and my role involves co-ordinating WRL and Enterprise activities within Schools and also engaging employers in our Enterprise activities. I am also responsible for co-ordinating employer engagement work on the Diploma lines, launched in Milton Keynes in 2009. I organize a programme called Reading Partners as well, which involves volunteers from local business going into Primary Schools to help support and read with young pupils. I am also responsible for a project called Equal Choices which involves Year 9 (13 year olds) minority ethnic and socially disadvantaged students going out on a Shadowing programme at employer’s premises.
