Engagement & Inclusion
Nearly half of all school students fail to achieve 5 'good' GCSEs including English and Maths. Some are disadvantaged in school learning by inadequate parental support, distracting negative peer influences and/or their sense of personal failure.
Schools have a responsiblity for educating all enrolled students and work hard to provide personalised learning pathways. This involves working especially hard for those disengaged and disruptive.
We aim to provide activites to engage young people of all academic abilities and to support schools' efforts with a range of personalised work-related learning programmes aimed at inclusion of those most disengaged.
