Farewell Claire and Arlindo!

Due to cuts in public funding, Countec has refreshed its vision of how best to help young people into work. Next year our services will focus on a narrower range of quality activities to develop young people's career awareness, employability skills and work experience.
The Employer Engagement team has been re-structured with the loss of two posts and two post-holders, Claire Stackpoole and Arlindo Camacho.
Claire’s service to the company is unrivalled in terms of duration and range of roles. Over 15 years, Claire has served as Work Experience Manager, Finance Officer and Employer Engagement Executive. She has made a great many friends among colleagues and customers, past and present and will be missed.
Arlindo leaves his post as Placements Officer after four years with the company. Arlindo’s cheerful and friendly approach to work, especially his effervescent telephone manner and patient approach to working with young people in the office, will also be missed.
