How You Can Help
Four ways to help us
- First, support your child in their planning for work experience and their performance in the work place.As adults, with your own experiences of work, you can help us by helping your child to prepare for these activities. The simplest way is to take opportunities wherever possible to talk through the different kinds of work available, and the rights and responsibilities of people at work. It’s not rocket science! Everyone is an expert in their own experience of work.

You may be able to help further by providing work placements for other young people in your own work place, or talking with friends or colleagues about creating a new placement for your own child. So consider either hosting a student in your work place or joining other adult visitors for a one-hour 'workout' in school.
- Third, ask an associate, friend or relative, to do consider it too.
