I have worked at Countec for several years and moved to my current role as Key Stage 4 Curriculum Manager in Jan 2011.
I am responsible for developing the curriculum, ensuring student success through Personalised Learning Programmes, tracking progress and promoting behaviour management techniques. My team work incredibly hard to teach and nurture these youngsters to achieve their maximum potential.
Watching students mature into confident young adults where they have the ability to make better choices and experience pride in their academic achievements makes this a very worthwhile role.
