Rachel Caldwell (Nee Smith)
I have worked at iPEC since March 2010 as a learning mentor. My job involves supporting students and supporting the personal tutor (Susan Kirton) in helping our students achieve their full potential. My role since joining has expanded and I am now supporting the teaching of the science curriculum and am the BTEC Co-ordinator across the PECs for students wanting to undertake Business Studies. I love my job and find it rewarding helping our students get academic qualifications and guiding them to make better choices.
