The company is made up of three main parts - Employer Engagement, iPEC and Central Services.
Tom Bulman is our General Manager - responsible for shaping the vision of the company and ensuring excellent delivery of the mission.
Employer Engagement
Led by Michael Sandison, this team is responsible for working with local schools and colleges to support their students learning about the world of work. We organise in-school training events, work experience and on site programmes where employers support stuents.
iPEC
Soo Smith heads the team at iPEC (independent Personalised Education Centre), providing innovative full-time and part-time learning programmes for students aged 11-16 who are excluded or at risk of exclusion from mainstream school.
Justine King is the manager of the Key Stage 4 team providing education for students (aged 14-16) from the four schools of north Milton Keynes (The Hazeley, The Radcliffe, Stantonbury and Ousedale). Akwesi Penemo leads a team delivering part-time training courses to groups of up to 12 Key Stage 3 students (aged 11-14) from all 12 Milton Keynes schools.
Central Services
This small team is managed by Theresa Mercer and is responsible for providing HR, Finance, IT and Administration support for the company.
