SWEEP to Apprenticeship

Student Dani Shaw of Lord Grey School has been on a Supported Extended Work Experience Placement (SWEEP) one day per week as a Teaching Assistant at Knowles Junior School. Her work supervisor, Mrs Fraser, said: ‘Dani has been fantastic whilst with us and I am really pleased this placement is going to continue.’ Dani hopes to become a PE teacher in the future.
Congratulations to Bradley Smith and Kyle Gott, former SWEEP students from Gatehouse School and MK Academy, who are now employed full time as apprentices by their work experience employers Golf Course Management and Black and White Service Centre respectively.
