In line with the broad aims set last year for 2007-10, we will focus in 2008-9 on improving our customer service to employers, based on our research findings. We will develop activities for all young people in terms of an ‘employability journey’ as a Core/universal entitlement. We will develop new projects, to expand our Inclusion/targeted and Extension/specialist services, as shown below:-.
