Work and School
What will you do when you leave school?
At school you should get several chances to meet different people from the world of work and to ask them about their experience of work. And you should get your own chance to practice and demonstrate your employability skills by completing a work experience placement, usually for 5-10 days. This may be linked closely to a course of study.
Through Countec, you’ll be able to choose your placement online at Webview.
We will work closely with employers to ensure your safety at work. And we hope you succeed in meeting your work-related learning goals. You may even win one of our student awards. We also hope you will give us feedback on your experience, as you are the experts on what is good and bad about your work-related learning.
