Work Experience Preparation Assemblies

Countec delivers a series of engaging presentations at school assemblies for students who are preparing for work experience.
Typically these focus on one of the 'STAIRS' steps in students' employability journey and involve employers giving short speeches on their top tips for success. These presentations are highly interactive with students being called to join the action on stage.
We require volunteers from any line of work to help us with two of these assemblies - the first which focuses on the types of jobs which exist locally and the second which looks at how the students arrange and conduct their pre work experiece interview. We supply a full briefing in advance.
Feedback is usually extremely positive, with school staff and students commenting on the relevance and engaging pace of the action.
We are always interested in hearing from local people who would like to volunteer to join us in delivering these assemblies. If you would like to discuss helping please contact us!
